Kei trucks for campuses, courses and grounds
The federal IPEDS directory lists 982 campuses with 5,000 students or more, and OpenStreetMap maps 15,989 golf courses in the United States. A kei truck carries tools and crews across grounds and service roads where a full size truck is too much.

The work, counted.

The road, both lanes
What each state allows.
Of the 50 states and DC, 13 title a kei truck 25 years or older for the road, 18 open the road to it with limits, one has a road law passed and not yet in force, 10 have not settled it and nine do not register kei trucks for ordinary road use. Every state file names farms, private land or ground the owner holds among the places a newer governed truck may work.

Questions
Asked about Campuses and grounds.
Where is the most grounds work?
The most golf courses and large campuses together are in Florida, California, New York, Michigan and Texas. By county the most are in Maricopa County, Arizona; Riverside County, California; Lee County, Florida; Los Angeles County, California; Lake County, Florida and San Diego County, California.
Can it drive the campus roads?
The institution or the club decides what runs on its own grounds. A public street that crosses a campus follows the state's rule for kei trucks.
What about a newer truck governed to 25 mph?
It enters the country as off road equipment, governed to 25 mph, which suits closed grounds and service roads.
