The first Carry designed for the 660 cc rules from the start. Larger body, wheelbase 15 mm longer, cabin 60 mm longer. Suzuki says every truck got 12 inch tyres and front disc brakes. F6A SOHC 12 valve, 42 PS net at 5,500 rpm. Catalogs list one way open and three way open beds on the 2WD and three way open only on the 4WD. Grades KU, KA, KC and the Nouhan farm truck, plus the Kintaro Dump.

- The wheel bolt circle change of July 1995 matters for anyone sourcing wheels: a 1991 to 1995 truck and a 1995 to 1998 truck may not share wheels. It rests on a reference work only.
- The April 1997 facelift is the easiest visual split inside this generation.
- Catalogs list a 4MT on the cheapest KU and the farm truck and a 5MT on the rest.

Named for mini trucks, carburetted, model years 2010 to 2016.
A truck under 25 can come in only as governed off road equipment, and only if its engine family held an EPA nonroad certificate for that model year. No kei engine family was certified for mini trucks before model year 2010, so a truck built after 30 October 2001 and before model year 2010 has no federal door until its 25th birthday.
